At Coyote T-Shirts & More, we proudly offer customization services for customer-supplied (brought-in) apparel and products—an option unique to our Calgary location. However, it's important to note that customization on brought-in products comes with specific risks and limitations. Please read the following policy carefully before proceeding.
✅ Eligibility for Brought-In Customization
- Products must be brand new, never worn, and unused.
- Products should be clean and free from any tags, stickers, price labels, or size markers.
- We do not repackage items after customization. A fee of $0.25 per item will apply to unbagging individually packaged products.
⚠️ Important Considerations & Disclaimer
- No Guarantees: While we aim for the highest quality results, we cannot guarantee that our customization processes (DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, UV, or laser) will adhere successfully to your items. Incompatibilities may occur due to:
- Unknown fabric composition
- Coatings or finishes on materials
- Unlabeled or inaccurate content tags
- Dye or fabric reactions to heat or catalysts
- Risk Acknowledgement: By proceeding, you acknowledge that Coyote T-Shirts & More is not liable for any damage to your product during the customization process due to human error, machine malfunction, or material incompatibility.
- No Compensation: In the event of a failed customization, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or retail compensation for your brought-in items.
